Strategic Project Planning & Site Survey
We work closely with our clients during the brief development. We provide customers with the site survey and project feasibility analysis. We then create the design vision, explore any planning limitations, and advise you on setting a budget and timeframes. At the end of this stage, we will provide you with a program including a detailed scope of works.

Project
Preparation
The next step is to develop the initial design ideas, and closely monitor the progress of the planning application. We also consult with structural and mechanical engineers; organize wall surveying and building control and perform a health and safety inspection.

Interior
Design
We deliver concepts and detailed technical designs, mood boards, finishes, and samples presentations, along with M&E specifications. We procure all materials, finishes, and fixtures. The interior design process can run parallel with all other works. We make sure we plan our design work around the construction schedule to meet your deadline. Working closely with craftsman, suppliers, and subcontractors, we ensure that the correct materials are delivered, and installations are carried out to the highest standards.

Build
Phase
We run all project management in-house; so, you can be assured of the quality. Our experienced construction team delivers every aspect of the construction process, providing full construction services, from shell and core to full fit-out works and finishing. We provide clients with progress reports on a regular basis and ensure that the job is delivered on time and within the budget.

Handover &
Aftercare
Once all work is done and you are happy with the completed project, you will receive a personalized document with maintenance instructions, contact information for relevant services and suppliers, and all their warranties. We are confident that you’ll be happy and satisfied in the workmanship & quality of our work.
